The Camel’s Nose is in our Tent

For those who consider FOX News anathema and conservative thought blasphemy, what I’m going to say may be news.  The main stream media, which is targeted to the uninformed masses, is concerned with things like who wore what at the Oscars, the arrival of a “royal baby,” and the timeline as to when Kim Kardashian’s ass will achieve critical mass sufficient to halt the expansion of the universe.

But for adults who are awake to real life (like my readers) and concerned about the world we are leaving our progeny, there are ominous clouds on the horizon.  For example, the Islamic dream of a world caliphate under Sharia law, which is law based on the Koran, looks less like a pipe dream these days.

Winston Churchill described Russia as “a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma.”  There are so many variations under the label, “Muslim,” that to define that religion is equally daunting. How can we explain intelligent and basically good Muslims who reject radical Islam as much as the rest of the sane world?  These Muslims are being killed along with Christians and Jews by the “totalitarian” Islamists.

But there are things we do know. The word, “Islam,” translated literally means “submission.”  The goal of radical Islam is to bring the entire world into submission under Islam and Sharia law.  Implemented through jihad or “holy war,” the goal of Islam is a universal caliphate, where non-compliant Muslims, Christians, Jews, and all who will not convert to Islam are killed.

Recently, Dr. Ali Gomaa, the Grand Mufti of Egypt, whatever the hell that is, said, “Muslims must kill non-believers wherever they are, unless they convert to Islam.”

Even the least informed American must be aware of the mass killings by Islamic terrorists.  People say that it is only a small percentage of Muslims that are extremists, but remember that only 7% to 10% of Germans were Nazis.

From its beginning in the seventh and eighth centuries, 250 million people have been killed in wars and persecutions caused by Islam.  Nothing in history has been so lethal.  Today, thousands of beheadings and brutal murders by ISIL and other groups in the name of Islam have raised international awareness of a new kind of war.

A “no go” zone is a geographical area into which only Muslims may enter.  There are 751 “no go” zones in France.  There are 12 such areas in the heavily Muslim city of Marseilles.  You can find the complete list of these no go zones online.

Non-Muslims, aka “infidels,” who enter these zones are usually killed.  These areas are ruled by Sharia law with no adherence to the laws and mores of the host country.  This is a self-contained and self-governed culture within a culture led by a Muslim imam and sometimes supported by politicians.  These hell holes are expanding due to demographics, immigration, and recruitment.

England, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, and other western European countries have the same cancer. This condition can only worsen as enclaves of radical Muslims grow and metastasize spreading to the point that they eventually achieve political control of these socialist countries.

It takes 2.1 children per family to maintain a culture, i.e. to replace a family or a generation. The 2007 fertility rate of France was 1.8, England 1.6, Greece 1.3, Germany 1.3, Italy 1.2, and Spain 1.1.  The European average of 1.38 children per family means it is now impossible to reverse and maintain the unique ethnic culture of these countries.

Compare that with a fertility rate of 8 or 10 children per Muslim family and it’s obvious that by demographics alone the historic cultures of Europe will soon be gone.  No more Italians on gondolas singing arias while drifting through the canals of Venice.  No more warm German beer or nude sunbathing in Greece. In ten years, one third of all children in Europe will be Muslim.  Even now, many of the old Christian Cathedrals have been converted into Muslim mosques.

I hope Marco Polo was wrong way back in the 14th century when he said, “A militant Muslim is the person who beheads the infidel, while the moderate Muslim holds the feet of the victim.”  Islamic barbarism has historical consistency.

The “Islam” that is invading western culture is not simply a religious movement.  Religion is the leverage needed to gain entrance, tolerance, and acceptability in the countries targeted by the Islamists. It can be a handy subterfuge in an open society for implanting a lethal ideological system.

True Islam can never assimilate into democratic society.  That’s because Islam is a legal, social, political, religious, and a totalitarian ideology.  Most people think that it is simply a religion.  Islam is a form of government totally inconsistent with democracy and freedom.

Islam communities remain Balkanized and separated until they achieve the political power necessary to take over a government through demographics, fear, and the ballot box.  If it were simply a religion, it could easily assimilate just as other religions have in America.

I’ve said it many times.  “Political Correctness” is destroying Western Culture.  Tolerance allows Islamists, like parasites, to kill the host organism. We can watch it in real time in France, Sweden, and most of the western European societies.  I would guess that France will be a Muslim country in my kid’s lifetime.  But seen as a world-wide movement, it is even more terrifying, particularly with the psychopathic brutality of the Islamic terrorists.

Political correctness, tolerance, and fear result in cultural suicide.

How about America?  It could never happen here, right?  Well, let’s see . . .  Christians, Jews, and Hindus have been banned from serving on juries where Muslim defendants are to be judged.  Piggy banks have been banned from workplaces to avoid offending Islamic sensibilities.  Pork has been taken off school menus and some Burger King locations had to drop ice cream because a design on the wrapper looked like an Arabic script of Allah.

Recently Duke University planned to broadcast the Muslim call to prayer from the college bell tower, but settled for a mass Muslim prayer meeting. Christians holding signs in Dearborn, Michigan at an Arab Festival were viciously attacked and actually stoned as the police sided with the Islamists.  Oh, and there are already “no go” zones in Michigan and elsewhere, along with terrorist training camps right here in what was once the home of the brave.

If we wake up and look around, we’ll see that the camel’s nose is already in our tent.

  2. I like your version of "the sky is falling," Ralph and I can't help but see the lack of a solution. Hmmm. Maybe there just isn't one.

    1. What I reported was not my version of “the sky is falling.” I would suggest that if you are not aware of what is taking place in the Middle East and elsewhere, you may want to turn off the cartoon channel.

Innocent people are being killed in the most brutal manner imaginable, including children being beheaded and literally cut in half in front of their parents. That may not be the sky falling, but it’s pretty damn close for the victims of these Islamic savages.

There are solutions. I have ideas. Others much smarter have ideas. Maybe when we get an administration run by adults with balls we can find one that works.

    2. Share your ideas instead of your fears, Ralph.

    3. And please keep in mind that Steve Emerson of FOX News apologized and fully retracted his statements about "no go zones."

    4. As I implied in my answer to your previous comment, you have to be aware that there is a problem and you have to define the problem before you can offer a solution.

If concern for the future of my country is considered "fear" in your mind, then so be it. Fear is a great motivator, but apathy, as pointed out by a Canadian in his comment below, leads to the resignation I sense in your previous comment.

In the overall scheme of things, there may not be a solution to the Islamic thing, but, like the Sea Hawks in the championship game, things can turn around in the final minutes if you don't give up.

    5. Regarding the "no go" zones . . . I doubt anyone would feel comfortable strolling through areas in Malmo, Sweden, Muslim areas in France, or Dearborn, Michigan no matter what they call these areas.

  3. I applaud your research and perspective. So sad that Apathy has engulfed Cda and the USA. There is also a biblical perspective that most of America is not aware of.

    1. You're right about apathy. I went to the address you gave and I think you were referring to the short piece by John MacArthur dealing with the Muslim eschatology and the end times as compared to the Christian version. It's a very brief piece, but one that makes you think.

  5. Last year I read that Sweden has finally become extremely concerned about the number of Islamic Arabs impacting their culture and want to curb that influence. When we heard a couple of years ago, that a prison (do not recall where) not only lets Muslims practice their 5x daily prayers, but also prepares special foods that are required by their religion....we were outraged. I am basically liberal and open-minded of people with differing viewpoints, religions, politics, lifestyles. ethnicities, etc.as long as they are honest and moral. BUT, we (the U.S.) have strayed SO far off-base with four specific areas ..1- .thinking that all we have to do is throw money at a problem and provide "welfare" both personal and corporate; 2- not stopping known gang activity and looking the other-way when there are crimes of looting=Stealing! 3- allowing children to think/act like they have as much or more control than an adult; (speaking as a parent/grandmother/educator/Christian professional) AND 4- playing NICE with a Violent and invasive social system like Isil. I share my thoughts about our overly PCness and when i do, then others who are reluctant to be the 1st to do so, will often state their similar opinion. What you have shared here, is very important for the same reason, and will jog some passive thinking out there. Judi

    1. Very well stated, Judi. Yes. Sweden is in the same boat as France, in terms of losing the country to Muslims. Malmo, in the southern part of Sweden is run by Muslims now and is virtually a "no go" zone. I was there in the '60s before it changed.

Regarding the prison with all the Muslim accommodations, Gitmo is like that. I may be wrong on this, but I read that there is one medical professional, i.e. doctor, etc., for each prisoner. Guards must wear white gloves to handle the Koran, and the food is special. The amount we spend on this enemy is far more than prisoners in our country.

When you speak out, like you have done, it's true that you will find many others who may be hesitant to honestly express their ideas, but when you open the door, you give them the freedom to speak out too.

  6. Soon, Islam is expected to be the second largest religion in America from what I have heard. For so many years, individuals have taken Christianity lightly. Christians are afraid to witness because of what others might think of them. We don't have an Evangelist like Billy Graham anymore, who spread the gospel, and met with our higher ranking dignitaries. It is time for Christians to stand up, start tithing and supporting their churches, before there is no more freedom of religion. You can't lose a fight - you don't fight!

    1. Sharon -

You've hit on several important points. According to Islam, Christians, Jews, and other "non-believers," including unconverted Muslims, are infidels and can be killed in the name of Allah.

There should be a bumper sticker that says, "Support the religion of peace, or I'll kill you."
